"Reliable Service in the NYC Metro Region"

I've been a customer for about 8 years and frequently use this service in the New York area. My experiences around NYC have been fantastic. However, outside of New York, where they might partner with affiliates, the service has been a bit hit or miss. I've taken many rides, but a couple of standout customer experiences really shine. They’ve managed unexpected situations quite well. While I do use other companies in the vicinity, Groundlink remains my top choice and the most dependable.
